Assess your skills
Before you get all panicky about your English skills, you have to see how good your English is. You can take an online test to see your ability, such as the EFSET test, CEFR TrackTest, and more. If you've taken any test that corresponds to CEFR standards and received anywhere above Band B1, then you can speak English confidently. If you've taken the IELTS test and received anywhere above a band 5, you should be able to use English in simple, daily conversations. If you've taken the TOEFL iBT test and received anything above 50, you should also be able to use English confidently.
Speak, speak, speak!
If, after taking one of the tests above, you've discovered that your score is below the CEFR B1 (band 5 IELTS, 50 TOEFL iBT) benchmarks, you need not worry. The next step is for you to speak English, preferably daily. If you have someone at home that you can speak English with, then, by all means, go ahead. However, if you're living alone or no one you know speaks English, you can use apps and websites to help you train your speaking.
Hire a private tutor
If, after all that, you still feel like you need extra help, then you should hire a private tutor. Find someone on freelance websites who's willing to teach you some English, or you can also join English tuition classes. If you can't afford to pay for tuition, or you're not interested in learning together with someone, then you can try English Billion.
